Adrian “Doc Aids” Rabe is a physician, research, and professor from the Philippines. Adrian is an advocate of primary care, human resources for health, and resiliency of healthcare systems in the face of disasters and crises. Adrian’s dream of a world with universal health care led him to join the Primary Care Coalition, an advocacy group that helped pass the Sin Tax Bill and the Reproductive Health Bill. He was appointed the youngest Clinical Associate Professor of the University of the Philippines from 2011 to 2014. While living in London, Adrian is pursuing his MSc in Health Policy, Planning and Financing, a joint program at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). At LSHTM, Adrian sits as President of the Student Representative Council.
